The web design process is tailor-made to suit the needs of each individual customer, however if you are unaware of how this would work the standard process supplied by Natural-Evolution is as follows...

1. Natural-Evolution will contact you to arrange a face-to-face meeting to discuss the development of __your new website, however if this is not possible (or preferable) we will contact you via telephone or __email. During this discussion we will try to get an understanding of...

• What you would like your website to do
• Colour schemes, layouts and navigation preference
• An estimate of how many pages you might need
• Any flash elements that might be required
• The domain name you would like (if you don't already have one)
• What other websites you like the look of

2. Based upon the information collected from ‘Stage 1’ we will design and create a sample page ____
__(usually the homepage), which will be presented to you either online or as a static printout for your
__initial feedback and thoughts.

__We will also present you with a quotation for the design, build and annual hosting of your website.

3. Based upon the feedback received from ‘Stage 2’ we will continue to design and edit the sample
__page until you are happy that it meets your needs.

__At this stage we will also request a 25% deposit.

4. Once you are completely satisfied with the sample page we will begin to develop the site and
__produce a blank template using CSS and HTML programming. Any final client instructions need to
__be applied at this time.

5. After the template is complete we will request your sites content (text, images, links etc) so we can
__progress with the overall population of your new website.

6. If you are completely satisfied with the site we will set it to go ‘live’. At this point the balance of the
__site should be paid in full.
